A 3 night run for the Ember Players Christmas extravaganza, A radio play version of “A Christmas Carol”. Adapted by Patrick Barlow and directed by Stephen Clunn.

Anstee Bridge

The Carol Singing and mince pies, not forgetting the mulled wine, was well attended and great fun.

And thanks to your generosity we raised £220.00 for Anstee Bridge – so many, many thanks


Ember Sports Club also offers Bridge sessions in the clubhouse each Wednesday from 2pm to 4.30pm until the end of April. These are rubber bridge sessions and all are welcome, with or without a partner and all abilities.

Various social events are organised by the club’s Social Committee in Autumn and Winter..

In recent times these have included:
